New image analysis tools available in Galaxy

Results from the Image Analysis in Galaxy Hackathon are now available!

The "Image Analysis in Galaxy" hackathon took place in Freiburg on the campus of our Co-applicant University of Freiburg. From February 26th to March 1st, 2024 member of Euro-BioImaging, NFDI4BIOIMAGE, and guests worked on enhancing image analysis capabilities and workflows within the Galaxy platform.
Among others, a segmentation workflow based on the KNIME platform was transformed into a workflow in Galaxy: https://zenodo.org/doi/10.5281/zenodo.10793699
Also, Napari and Cell Profiler are now available in Galaxy.
