Collaborative Use Case Presentation with DataPLANT and NFDI4Microbiota

As part of NFDI4Microbiota’s use case program, a cross-consortial use case is started in order to understand a lichen (fungus and bacterial photosymbiont; Peltigera spp. and e.g. Nostoc sp. ‘Peltigera membranacea cyanobiont’) and its microbiome. Public presentation on March 26th.

NFDI4BIOIMAGE contributes together with DataPLANT and NFDI4Microbiota to a collaborative use case called LichenMetaImage. The purpose is to understand a lichen (fungus and bacterial photosymbiont; Peltigera spp. and e.g. Nostoc sp. ‘Peltigera membranacea cyanobiont’) and its microbiome. Microscopy and other spatial technologies will be used and integrated via the ARC-OMERO metadata interoperation.
On March 26th, from 1 p.m. to 2.30 p.m., Stefanie Weidtkamp-Peters will present on this use case, which is presented together with two other new use cases. Join the presentation online.
