These community-driven collections offer a growing repository of bioimage analysis and research data management materials, helping you find, learn, and apply knowledge more efficiently.
What is the Training Material Hub?
The Training Material Hub is a preliminary database, comprising links to training materials in the field of research data management for bioimaging, microscopy data, and bioimage analysis. More than a simple collection of links, the hub is continuously evolving through community contributions, supporting the findability, accessibility, interoperability, and reusability (FAIR) of bioimaging data. It is open to the scientific community, which is invited to contribute new training materials.
What is the Zenodo Community?
Zenodo is a free, general-purpose open research repository where researchers can upload and preserve datasets, software, and publications and receive a citable DOI for them. The NFDI4BIOIMAGE Zenodo community is a curated collection within Zenodo where the NFDI4BIOIMAGE initiative aggregates and shares bioimage-related research outputs (such as datasets, tools, and publications) to make them easier to find, reuse, and cite.
How to get active:
- To re-use material, Browse the respective webpages or use the search function to find specific topics.
- To contribute to the Training Material Hub, please refer to the ‘How to contribute‘ section for detailed guidelines.
- To contribute to the Zenodo Community, select the ‘NFDI4BIOIMAGE‘ community when submitting your entry. Your draft will be recieved and published after curation.
