The “Image Analysis in Galaxy” hackathon took place in Freiburg on the campus of our Co-applicant University of Freiburg. From February 26th to March 1st, 2024 member of Euro-BioImaging, NFDI4BIOIMAGE, and guests worked on enhancing image analysis capabilities and workflows within the Galaxy platform.
Among others, a segmentation workflow based on the KNIME platform was transformed into a workflow in Galaxy: https://zenodo.org/doi/10.5281/zenodo.10793699
Also, Napari and Cell Profiler are now available in Galaxy.
