Task Area 4: Bioimage Informatics and Analysis
Task Area 4 “Bioimage informatics and analysis” aims to foster reproducibility of image analysis workflows, in particular by making popular individual tools more interoperable and to make state-of-the-art method deployment accessible to the whole bioimaging community which will be done in collaboration with TA2. TA4 will also collaborate with Task Area 5 on training materials to support the successful application of new and advanced analysis methods.
